These Terms of Use apply to the mobile game 4Corners (the "App"), distributed for Android through Google Play and for iOS through the Apple App Store, and to the related website at 4cornersplay.online (together, the "Service"). The Service is developed and operated by CornerForge ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
4Corners is a tactical block puzzle game. Gameplay centers on shooting blocks from an automatically rotating 3x3 launcher into a 7x8 board, matching blocks by color, creating chain reactions, using special blocks, progressing through campaign levels, and playing survival-style modes.
The App may include features such as checkpoints, continues, coins, daily or timed rewards, spins, achievements, leaderboards and leagues, rewarded ads, interstitial ads, and optional in-app purchases including a subscription. Features may vary by version, device, platform, region, or app store availability.
The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
The App uses Google Play Games sign-in on Android and Apple Game Center sign-in on iOS, together with Unity Gaming Services Authentication, for online features such as leaderboards, leagues, achievements, and cloud-saved progress. These services may create or use a player account and player identifier.
Your leaderboard display name, score, and ranking are visible to other players. You are responsible for choosing a display name that does not infringe the rights of others or violate the rules of your platform, and for using the Service in a lawful way in compliance with the terms of your device platform and app store.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use, subject to these Terms and applicable app store rules.
The App may store progress and settings locally on your device, including unlocked levels, stars, scores, coins, rewards, timers, checkpoint state, game mode state, audio or vibration settings, consent choices, and purchase-related flags such as ad-removal status.
Some progress may additionally be synchronized to Unity Cloud Save and linked to your online player account, so it can be restored after reinstallation or on another device signed in to the same platform account.
If you uninstall the App, clear app storage, reset your device, or move to another device, locally stored progress, settings, or rewards may be lost unless a platform restore or a cloud-save feature supports recovery. We do not guarantee that any particular progress can be recovered.
Coins, continues, rewards, boosters, ad-removal status, and similar in-game items or features are provided only for use inside the App. They are not money, do not have real-world cash value, and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed outside the App unless we expressly allow it. You receive a limited, revocable license to use them within the App; you do not own them.
We may adjust gameplay balance, rewards, level behavior, virtual items, ad frequency, or pricing where needed for updates, technical reasons, balancing, compliance, or app store requirements. If the Service is discontinued, unused virtual items may cease to be available; where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, your statutory rights are unaffected.
The App offers optional in-app purchases, such as coin packs, a bundle that also removes ads, a separate ad-removal purchase, and an auto-renewing subscription. Purchases are processed by the relevant app store or billing provider — Google Play Billing on Android or the Apple App Store on iOS. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Google Play account settings or in your Apple ID subscription settings; the App provides a link to the relevant screen. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless the app store's rules provide otherwise.
Non-consumable purchases such as ad removal can be restored using the Restore Purchases function in the App's Settings.
Payment, refunds, cancellation rights, purchase restoration, and billing disputes are handled under the app store's terms and policies. Statutory consumer rights, including any right of withdrawal available in your country, are not affected by these Terms. The App may show ads, including interstitial ads and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads may provide in-game benefits after a qualifying ad view, such as coins, continues, or other rewards.
Ad availability and reward availability are not guaranteed and may depend on third-party ad providers, consent choices, connection status, region, and device compatibility. If an ad fails to load or is not completed, the associated reward may not be granted.
Advertising, consent, analytics, diagnostics, and monetization data are described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service uses third-party services and SDKs for app store distribution, billing, advertising, advertising mediation, consent management, analytics, diagnostics, authentication, leaderboards, cloud save, configuration, and related functionality. These include Google Play, Google Play Games Services, Google Play Billing, Google Play In-App Updates, Google Mobile Ads / AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Remote Config, Unity LevelPlay / ironSource advertising mediation, Unity Ads, Unity Gaming Services, Unity In-App Purchasing, and — on iOS — the Apple App Store, StoreKit, Apple Game Center, App Tracking Transparency, and SKAdNetwork.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

We may remove or reset a leaderboard entry, display name, or score that we reasonably believe was obtained or chosen in breach of this section.
The Service, including its gameplay design, code, artwork, images, logo, text, interface, and other content, is owned by CornerForge or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service to you.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that every feature, ad, reward, level, purchase, or service will always be available or work on every device. Continued use may require installing the latest version of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or software version. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or guarantee that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CornerForge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, rewards, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months preceding the event or EUR 50.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create risk or legal exposure for us, or if we stop operating the Service. Where reasonably possible and lawful, we will give you notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App or leaving the website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are habitually resident, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at 4cornersplay.online/terms-of-use with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. Where a change materially reduces your rights, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
